I was asked ten questions like “if someone makes you mad while driving, should you get out of the car and confront them?” even if you miss multiple questions you can pass. A clear grifting scheme to basically accept money not to give you points on your license. The area collects so much welfare from taxpayers from the rest of the state as-is.

We ended up taking matters into our own hands and did it ourselves. We called her to let her know we no longer needed her services. She then charged $250 because that day coincidentally she finally reviewed the papers we set 2 weeks ago and made one phone call...after we sorted it all out ourselves. $350 for nothing.

Do not expect professional value. She is bogged down with so many court cases in child court that all other matters fall by the wayside. Is she flexible in working around your work schedule? Absolutely not. Is she responsive in a timely manner? A resounding no. I would take my business elsewhere as other law practices in the area are far more capable of handling your problems.
