mario aviles The jewelry sold is top notch. Everything in the showcases called my eyes. There wasnt one piece I didnt gravitate too. As for the staff, I was fortunate to be guided by Ashley she made my experience worth wild, its like she knew what I wanted. Ill definitely be back.

Poonam Ribadia asked them to resize and clean a family heirloom ring and they LOSE ONE OF THE DIAMONDS. Refuse to show me the security footage and won’t let go in the back where the jewelry gets fixed. Takes the ring for 30 minutes, still won’t allow me in the back. Brings the ring back and there’s a whole different misshaped and damaged “stone” and the ring itself is also damaged. Refused to do anything, and kept telling me to come back in 4 days to speak to the owner.

Please dont take your child to do piercing to this place they dont know how to do it and if you said something about it they give you attitude. I was the one that wrote the review didnt asked nobody to put anything, and it was the second time they did the piercing and they did the same exact mistake even though i explained to her what happened to the first one and told her to take her time. The truth is that they dont know how to do piercing and I dont want anyone to suffer the same as my baby

I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!!
