1 /5 Keydy Mendez: Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. The service I received was a pedicure. Every time I would ask for some adjustments during the pedicure (ex: I asked if he could cut one nail shorter, and for some of my nails I still had a bit of grime under them so I asked if that spot could be cleaned up) I was met with attitude (eye rolling, sighing, shaking head). I understand having a bad day or other things going on, but it was uncomfortable sitting through the service you are paying for and receiving that type of treatment. Won’t be coming back :(

1 /5 Odessia Jackson: Terrible service, gel nails peeled off one day after doing it, I returned to get it fix and the manger or new owner (only guy there) acts annoyed and like he was doing me a favor as well constantly talks about you in their language, how are you a leader yet not showing workers how to treat the customers. Very rude on the phone Very rude in person. Service sucks, nail polish are no good, but yet they charge top price. Workers act like five dollar tip is not good enough. To make matters worse from my Nails that were peeling, he only change 5 nails that peeled, and put two different colors on my nails never again!! They won’t be in business very long if they keep up with this. I agree with all the one stars on here.

1 /5 Bianca Zara: Absolutely terrible service !! I normally do not leave reviews at all but this was just horrible. I wanted my gel tips removed and just to get a regular gel manicure. It seemed the woman did not understand my request but proceeded to attempt to remove the tips and after about 5-10 minutes someone else had to take over because she had absolutely zero idea what she was doing. At that point I said just remove the tips and forget the gel manicure, clearly it seemed to be too much to ask. Well at that point the man who took over simply removed the tips and sent me on my way. Did not shape or file nails at all they are completely uneven and you can still see the remainder of gel left behind on nail bed. Looks so bad I will definitely not be returning

5 /5 Donna Albanese: Almost did not go here based on the reviews. Had a pedicure today and it was an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and did a great job. I will be back!
