1 /5 Saima Mir: I recently visited Zen Nails for a basic pedicure , which cost $40. I was told it would take 30 minutes, but the whole process was rushed and completed in 20 minutes. The service was definitely not what I expected. The description for the basic manicure included a cooling gel massage, but that was never done. When I asked the manager about it, she informed me that the cooling gel massage had been "canceled." However, this wasn’t communicated to me beforehand, even though it was clearly listed on their service menu.
To make matters worse, when I politely asked why I wasn’t informed of this change, the manager was incredibly rude. She insisted that I should have confirmed every single detail of the service, despite it being clearly listed on their service sheet. It felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake instead of owning up to it.
Overall, this experience felt like a scam, and I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my nail care from now on.
