Alexus V Pediatric Wellness of Northern New York is absolutely amazing! I’m dumbfounded by their hospitality and care. I’ve always loved Dr.Hogan, but today, taking BOTH my kids into the dr was something I was dreading. (one being a wild, ADHD, bounce of the walls kiddo, and the other, is my usually overstimulated, eloping, autistic kiddo). Taking kids to the dr can be stressful. Especially at the same time. They got us in quick, and put us in this amazing sensory-friendly room with a padded mat, nice quiet atmosphere, little couch (that’s wipeable), foam cubes and shapes to stack and climb on and a projector light with the overhead lights off so it’s not so bright, and so much more calm for them. By far the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office with kids. So much stress lifted off my shoulders. From the kind front desk secretaries, to the nurses, to the doctors, they’re all so kind and compassionate. If you’re looking for a place to take your kids i highly recommend.

Rob Mullin I almost cancelled my appointment after reading some of the reviews. However, I decided to just go. My experience was great! I especially want to give a shout out to the hygienist who did my cleaning! She was extremely thorough and left “no stone unturned”. She even went back and took extra pictures of my teeth to make sure she did a thorough job. Overall excellent experience,I cannot stress that enough.

Shana Burstyn I never thought I’d look forward to going to the dentist! The hygienist I see and Dr. Eilers are wonderful. They take their time and really address even the smallest questions and concerns. If anything, I spend a long time there because we end up chatting. A lovely, small, friendly and comfortable practice.

amanda h Made an appointment with this office for a cleaning based on them accepting my insurance (verified this at the time). I called in August and had to wait until February for an appointment because that was the next available. Now they call me, less than a week before my appointment, to say they no longer accept my insurance!

Abby Howard Pediatric Associates has been such a wonderful facility for my three "frequent flyer" kiddos! They been patient, professional and more than accommodating on every occasion. While all the providers are great, we absolutely adore Katie, PA and Dr. McGregor!

Allix Swanson I just had a root canal done with Dr. Ian Prins, and he was the most patient, and kind dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I was extremely nervous, and had several questions about the procedures and the aftermath, and he took the time to talk me through each scenario. He genuinely made me feel heard and I felt very comfortable in his care. I would DEFINITELY recommend going to him to others in the area, but especially military families looking to see someone they can trust. Given that there aren’t any Endodontists within 100 miles from here that are covered by our insurance, I would gladly pay out of pocket again for his service, and that says a lot. Thank you Dr Prins for your 10/10 care!!!!
