This is what salons lose when they become factory like and robotic and don’t care for the people they serve. Narcissa is fantastic, thorough, clean, observant, listens to what you want and executes. I highly recommend and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and quiet, relaxing experience. The vanilla cappuccino pedicure was unique and absolutely bomb! Narcissa literally is the only tech that has gotten my specific needs met with water temperature and callus removal. And my SNS manicure was all the way on point. I left 100 percent satisfied and will be sticking with Violetta nail salon from now on! *Edit! Still with Violetta Nails! It’s been months now….Check out how natural she does the acrylic , the flawless airbrush, the meticulous shaping, and endless choices of unique and beautiful colors, with many choices for matching regular polish to gel colors…and, of course, the chrome! 5 /5 Ash: Dont usually leave reviews but I had one of the best experiences in Westchester. Thanks to Narcissa, the service I experienced from start to finish was 1:1 and felt luxurious. She accommodated my inspiration picture, and took time to work with me to achieve the goal I was looking for. I have really bad nails from stress but she cured it. The after picture really led to healthy nails, and told me aftercare to accelerate my nail health. Best nail doctors in westchester and close to north white plains. Local folks - this is a hidden gem, do not miss out!! 5 /5 L S: Found my new go to salon! Ive been to Violetta twice already and have had both gel (teal nails photo) & regular (red nails photo) manicures/pedicures and eyebrows waxed. Narcissa is such a lovely lady and has done a great job both times. She doesnt rush if another client comes in while shes taking care of you and takes her time (at a good pace) to make sure your nails look great. If you ask her to cut your cuticles or if you do callous removal with your pedicure she will be thorough with it, not like some other places where they barely clean up your nails or barely scrub your feet. Nail polish application has been even with no lumps and not blotchy at all. Im always cautious when it comes to eyebrows but Narcissa cleaned them up very nicely and will continue to have her do my brows. This is probably the first nail salon Ive been to where you can make an online appointment so love that you see exact days and times shes available for whatever you need. Glad Violetta Nails is in the area!
