After constant back and forth on the phone to schedule the pick up and waiting for the truck to come, Eric finally cancelled the pick up because the mattress wasnโt wrapped in plastic paper (even though no one mentioned this after several calls and the truck was supposedly already on the way). Astounded to see that they are rejection donations that could help people have a better life. The truck could carry wrapping paper for the deliveries or just tell people the first time they call. Truly unbelievable experience. Also, on several of those calls the employees on the phone were rude. Why should they treat you that way when you are only trying to donate to a place that is in the business of accepting donations. Baffling.
