She always makes me feel comfortable in the chair and always gives me an honest opinion on the healthiest hair style choices I make. For someone who really isnt a fan of hair trims, I only trust her to touch my hair. The suggestions and knowledge she has to also maintain the healthy hair I want also is something I never had at any other salon. Ive been with her for over 5 years and her large client following speaks for itself. Everyone at Platinum is awesome and I recommend everyone to schedule with them.

Elizabeth Allegro Recently moved to Batavia and was very nervous to find a new eyebrow person after going to the same one for 10 years. Jordan was absolutely fantastic at the benefit brow bar. She talked through everything until I was comfortable, looked over my reference pictures and was extremely kind, giving me suggestions for some one knew to the area. My eyebrows came out perfect! Highly, highly recommend.
