Donald L Limped in to MM&B with unfixable flat. We were over 100 miles from home. Manager was most friendly and got my car in almost immediately. Ended up buying 2 new tires, which I knew i needed, at a very reasonable out-the-door price. I wish I took down the name of the gentleman who took care of me and the young lady at the desk. Both very friendly and personable. In & out in under an hour! I liked there was no attempt to up-sell. I’d recommend this place

Brad is an amazing person who my Dad cherished up until the day he passed away. Even after his passing, I was still able to pop in and talk to Brad about my car is need be. holly armstrong We were on our way to New Paltz to pick up our grandson from college. Just a little south of Boonville the right rear tire went flat…totally flat so we could not drive at all. The AAA Driver from Rensen was there to assist us in less than 30 minutes. He then took us to Maugeri’s Auto Repair. The service was sensitive to our need to get to NewPaltz as quick as we could because the dorm was closing. They ordered the spare tire quickly for us and mounted the tire as quick as possible. Kudos to the staff for their excellent and thoughtful service.

Sarah Elizabeth My car needed a lot of work (brakes, tie rod, etc) and I had to come in for emergency work on the brakes. So although I didnt have an appointment, they not only worked with me on that, they got the job done very fast but still quality work. (Not that I expected it to be done overnight, of course, but I must say they live up to their name "ASAP Auto.") Im also grateful that they worked with me in prioritizing the more urgent needs for my older car, while ensuring to explain the next steps for my much needed follow up. Im really glad to support a local business and it seems like these guys live up to the great reviews. I will continue use them and recommend them!

carol wright I can not say enough great things about Joseph at Licari!!!! He went above and BEYOND for me!! I traded in a Porsche Cayenne for a beautiful Ford Bronco big bend they had. I’ve had my previous vehicle ( Porsche ) for almost 3 years , and I’ve had a better experience with Joe that I just met , than dealing with Porsche in Syracuse for 3 years. This is what customer service should be like !!! I’ve never in my life met a better car salesman than Joe. And I’ve had Luxury vehicles. Those luxury experiences DID NOT compare to how KIND, efficient, and helpful Joe is!! He knew how bad I wanted this vehicle , and HE MADE IT HAPPEN for me!!!! I am sending EVERYONE I know that’s looking for a new vehicle to Joe!!!! Thank you Joe!!!!
