1 /5 Matt V: After a simple misunderstanding as to an event date and time, my mother was rudely forced to leave. Without giving my mother, who is handicapped, the time or help to find the elevator and exit to her vehicle. Very disappointed in the attitude of the staff and hope you dont treat all your guests this way
