5 /5 Zeta Rose: Same day appointments are convenient for me. As long as you call the office as soon as they open, they should be able to get you an appointment for the same day. The waiting room is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly with a good and safe environment. (The security guard makes me feel extra protected haha) It can be hard to find the building, but dont be afraid to call and ask like I did, they are very helpful!

5 /5 Kayla Keith: I decided to change doctor from Highland Hospital to Rochester Regional: Unity Family Medicine after 2 years. I was a bit concerned due to the bad reviews Ive seen. But thankfully the process was smooth but different than other doctors offices from URMC. They requires new patients to call at exactly 10 am and they will let you know if they have an opening or not - that is when they can take down your information that same day. I called twice and they had no openings until finally last Friday. I arrived - the front desk (receiptionist) was super friendly and very helpful since I was hard of hearing. I met my new doctor and I felt at ease with Dr. Jolin and explained my situation to address some health concerns.
