1 /5 Lakeia Madison: This was my third time visiting this nail salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My concerns about cleanliness have only grown, and I’m convinced the tools are not properly sanitized. During this visit, I witnessed a customer get cut, and the entire salon froze when she screamed. Instead of addressing the situation, the staff began speaking in their native language, leaving the customer visibly frustrated.
She mentioned she was stressed from the experience and should have waited for her regular nail tech. In my opinion, management should have stepped in, either to handle the situation professionally or ensure the customer received the care she needed. The lack of response was disturbing, and I don’t feel comfortable returning to an establishment where hygiene and customer care are clearly not priorities.
Old review:
The gel nail coloring and quality of the service were worth the price, which was pretty cheap. Thats a plus. They didnt have a line when I was there, but people were consistently walking in. The reason I give the place a 3 is because its dirty. I made the technician clean her tools before using them on me as it was evident they werent cleaning tools, floors, tables, or pedicure bowl. I wouldnt come back unless I brought my own tools. I dont believe Id get a pedicure for this reason as well.
