Hanna S. Ree Nail Spa is truly a hidden gem among the many nail salons around. The place is spotless, and their focus on cleanliness is clear, which I really appreciate. Everyone is skilled, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. I started as a walk-in but now book all my appointments by phone, which is super easy. Maggie is amazing—she’s transformed my short, damaged nails with such care. For Gel X and dip powder, Joey always delivers perfect results. I’ve also had great experiences with Lynn, Mari, and Ashley, they’re all incredibly talented. I always go to Mari for eyebrow waxing, and she is amazing. She is attentive and meticulous, ensuring every detail is perfect. I trust her completely because she always preserves the natural shape of my brows while enhancing them beautifully. If you’re looking for a nail salon that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend this one! If you pay with cash, you get 8% discount on the service!

Michelle Amazing amazing nail place for every occasion! I saw that recent reviews were pretty poor and was so confused by them because I had a great experience at Lexi Nails. I was recommended by a close friend (who goes here every time to get her nails done) to give this place a try and it was the most professional, sanitary, and personalized nail job I’ve ever had. There was a little bit of a wait even though I made an appointment, but the process was so smooth and quick. My nail technician immediately started asking me what color, design, shape, etc I wanted and would switch in and out with other technicians whose specialties worked with what I wanted. They did an amazing job with the shaping, chrome color, and extensions. They were also incredibly friendly and held conversation with me for a comfortable amount of time. The owners were also incredibly kind, taking photos of the nails and doing gorgeous designs on my friend’s nails. If you’re here for just a regular gel manicure, the price point is great for Manhattan. Getting extensions and designs is definitely more expensive but just depends on what you want. Generally, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a cute manicure in. Will be coming here again with friends!

jenny zhou Love love love shorena! She is so talented and professional and her work speaks for itself. I work with my hands a lot and they touch water a lot but the nails never lift or show signs of wear. I get many compliments on them and I love showing them off! The studio is really clean and comfy so I can just come in and unwind.

Raquel Rosmaninho I am on a quick business trip in NYC and was desperate for a manicure. Walked in to this nail salon and couldn’t be happier. As a typical Brazilian woman I like regular manicure with cuticles well trimmed. Diana did a wonderful job!!! I also did pedicure with her. I rarely use nail polish on my toe nails. This is the result! Also amazing! It’s a clean and quiet place. Diana is the best!

Winattar Rawinantanadda Nina was great. It was beyond my expectations. The only thing I would love to recommend was the reception upstairs, no the front desk, was loud. I noticed it could be the only for nail salon in the back perhaps. But it would be wonderful if they can lower their voice for the spa vibe. Definitely will come back

Angeles jimenez Best facial in NYC!!! Candice was gentle but the facial was very effective. I got a hydrating facial and it left my skin smooth, plump, and rejuvenated. The dermaplane was very gentle and left my skin like a babies bottom. The atmosphere was very relaxing I couldn’t help but drift off to sleep. Candice was very thorough and addressed all of my skin concerns and suggested amazing products to help me in my skin care journey! I will be back and I recommend everyone gets a facial here. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny! Don’t walk, run to book your facial, you will not regret it!!!

Angie gomez I have been going to AKIKO for a while now and it’s 100% worth it the work and the effort that goes into the nail art is truly amazing. The staff is super friendly and are very attentive with the service given to costumers. My nails have never been stronger after getting extensions, and sets have never been more durable after a month like the ones I’ve gotten at AKIKO. I truly recommend this place it’s amazing!!!
