5 /5 AC Saiyan Balce: Both Church and School, OLQP took care of both my boys from Baptism, First Communion, now Confirmation and hopefully when they get Married. Ms.Ollerman is very nice and approachable . They too take lots of care of their buildings and I know our donations are put to good use.

3 /5 Michelle Lesperance: Unfortunately, my memories of 1st grade 1961-62 are not good. Cleaning out old files I ran across my report card and found the address of this school and signature of the nun who terrorized me that year. My family recalls me as a sweet, intelligent and curious 6 yr old child. My memories of how I felt in Sister Mary Teresitas can best be summed up as "toilet." She bullied me. From my small childs perspective I remember being confused and thinking that I must be a "bad" person. I recall the specifics of some of the interactions we had and remember being so puzzled. I do remember the principal was very kind. My dad was a Coast Guard officer, we lived in the New Dorp Lighthouse and thankfully we moved to St Louis for my 2nd grade year. I have such pleasant memories of the teachers I had through many Catholic schools in different states over the subsequent years.
