However, I was forced to move out of the area due to an abusive living situation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHURCH, and I am grateful to have been able to attend while living in Schenectady. 5 /5 susan richter: I was thinking this morning how thankful I am for this church. We were welcomed right away, the people are so friendly. I felt adopted. This is a loving body of Christ with sound Biblical teaching and pastors who care for the people.

5 /5 Melissa Hudson: The people are so welcoming, the name is not just a name! People greeted us and came to talk with us our very first time visiting. So friendly! They preach the Bible and read from the ESV version. They provide childcare for kids from 0 years-6th grade during the church service and require background checks for all volunteers. The pastors genuinely care about people and go out of their way to get to know you and serve/help you.

Also, the Growth Groups that they offer are fantastic. The community feel is real. Open Arms is a part of my family now. The love of Christ shines over this church.

Pastor John Mulligan has a spiritual gifting in being a man of God: pastoring, teaching and supporting and leading his congregation. Worship and the teaching of the Word of God is pure and holy. Word of God is foundation to all aspects of church activities, teachings, memberships,and leadership They are honestly concerned and helpful in members development and growth in Christ. I wholeheartedly recommend this church .

Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church

Ethel Lesh I visited Zion today (I’m a member of St. Pauls, Saratoga), and the service was a blessing to me. I’m now in an extended care facility (The Cambridge) so I can’t get out to Saratoga. I appreciate attending a Lutheran Service. Thank you, Zion.

Lionel Jenkins Today was a Greek festival in Schenectady. This was my first time. It was fun. The food was outrageous. Really nice kind, polite people and and definitely I will go again next year if anybodys in the area. What a place to go. The food was outrageous

Holy Name of Jesus National Catholic Church

Jackie Conboy My family had a baptism for my godsons son Cameron michael burns on sunday the 8th of August..The church was very beautiful and the service was sublime..the deacon (cant remember his name ) was incredible..highly recommend!!
