Louise Mesmer When I first came to see Dr. Stillerman, I was in so much pain from an edema on the back of my legs that in all honesty, even he thought it wouldn’t heal all the way. I could not walk without using a walker and even then it was so difficult that I was in tears. It had been many months of his care and the care of his staff, whom are all terrific women that I am at a point, where my leg is actually almost healed. They put up with a lot for me because in the beginning, I was literally screaming from the pain. He could barely touch me without me screaming, and a couple of times cussing I could never thank them enough for the care that they’ve given me, I’m not completely out of the woods, but I’m sure within the next couple weeks I will be. I highly recommend these people to anyone that has a wound of any kind. I’ve never seen such a caring doctor or staff as they are. I know there’s been a lot of prayers from friends and family as my wound was severe

Clifton-Fine Hospital

Angela Liberty Clifton-Fine is a small ER with a big heart. Krystal and the other people at the Clifton-Fine ER provided exceptional care. They listened to the problems I was having and took my symptoms seriously. At the Clifton-Fine ER I felt listened to and valued as a patient. They were not hesitant to prescribe me a different antibiotic when the one I got at urgent care failed to control my infection. The doctors and staff at Clifton-Fine treated me like a human and I will always be grateful for the help they gave me when I was in pain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

River Family Health Center

david morgan NP Lisa trickey started out as my neurologist when I was just a kid. She is now my doctor and shes the best doctor Ive ever had. I love her and she does everything to take care of all my issues and makes sure im doing okay. When I call and leave a message she always contacts me back. All the staff at river clinic and the hospital is the best.

Valerie DAmbrosio Take my 3 dogs, my goats, and I had a kitten go here. She has since passed. Great place to take your pets. I have seen most of the Drs there. They are very helpful and work with you.

The Diabetes Osteoporosis and Endocrine Center : Fish Claudia MD

Kathleen Casey I have seen Dr. Fish for 25+ years. During that time, she answered questions and gave me an abundance of information and advice. She transitioned me from using a needle to deliver insulin to an Insulin Pump and eventually a Continuous Glucose Monitor. Her understanding and of new medication was always up to date. Her office staff is the best!

Amanda Garcia Absolutely HORRIBLE Office - ZERO instead of a One 1) "No show" fee for an appointment that I didnt make. When I first starting going to this practice, they did not make appointments on my behalf. However, somewhere along the way they started making appointments for me when the doctor had to cancel. I spoke with the staff numerous times and asked, told, even BEGGED them to stop making appointments for me because I canNOT make them. They ignored me every single time. This culminated in December with them changing an appointment and because I wasnt able to check my voice messages (due to several factors including a death in the family), I didnt know the appointment was changed. So, I show up on my appointment date. They tell me they changed the appointment, only left me a voicemail, and now they are CHARGING ME a no show fee for an appointment that I didnt know about, nor did I agree to after specifically BEGGING them to stop making appointments for me. 2) Horrible communication - The office does not have a patient portal, does not send text messages, doesnt mail letters, they ONLY communicate via phone calls. So, if there is an issue with a voicemail, I wont know why they called. The office manager who is refusing to cancel the "no show" fee (for the appointment I didnt know about or agree to) is only there M - Th 8 - 3. I am unable to make calls during those hours because of my job. I cannot make calls until after 330. So, now I dont have ANY way to try to resolve this issue. 3) Constantly Rescheduling Appointments - I was required to make appointments at least 6 months in advance and just about every single appointment was changed because the doctor changed the schedule. So, I never actually knew when my appointments would be and the last time I was there, they told me they were going to cancel me as a patient for changing so many appointments...that the DOCTOR kept changing. 4) The last time I was there (for the appointment that was changed) I saw a paper on the door that said something along the lines of "if patients were disrespectful to office staff, there would be a particular kind of consequence (I dont remember what it was)", and I thought to myself that there must be an issue with people being disrespectful. What I did NOT expect was that the office staff member that I spoke with started the issue with ME, I did not start the problem with her. She got short, snippy, and was flat out disrespectful blaming me for things that the office did. 5) Lengthy wait times - The doctor I saw was late ALL THE TIME. There were so many appointments (even virtual) where I waited 40 minutes or more to be called back or for the doctor to get on the appointment. So, I started making my appointments as early as possible and the doctor STILL couldnt see me on time. Next, Ill be filing complaints with the NYS DOH and Attorney General because of these charges.

Sue Brady I was treated with compassion and true concern. ER staff tried their best to treat me and keep my pain level as low as possible. X-ray tech was so kind, tried his best to try and keep me as comfortable as possible. ER Dr. Was very attentive and answered all our questions.
