Welington Fernandes I had an issue after accidentally putting kerosene instead of gasoline in my truck. Don Oralls Garage went above and beyond to help me out. They came to tow the truck to their garage and quickly got to work. The team safely removed the kerosene and got the engine running again without any damage. They were professional, honest, and clearly very experienced. What could have been a major headache was handled smoothly thanks to their expertise. casey clements Fred is a great, friendly guy who is always honest. He will call you multiple times while working on your car to update you and let you know what he will fix, and the estimated cost BEFORE he does it. I drop my car off and he always has it done in a couple hours. His labor per hour cost is low, and prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. He also gives you an itemized bill with cost break down once you pick up your car to understand the costs. Thank you Fred! Our whole family uses your services and will continue, best in the area.

Brianna McNamara I just went for an inspection, and needed new tires and brakes. Ive been to a lot of different mechanics over the years, but the man I dealt with, Steve I believe, is the nicest, most pleasant mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Car mechanics tend to be gruff/cold and even sometimes rude, but Steve was the total opposite, and that alone is enough to make me want to come back. Of course they did a great job, the price was fair and they were quick as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to others.

Justin Weberg I couldnt be more impressed with Ray and his staff. My car broke down as I was passing through the area. Ray was there within about 10 minutes of my call. While it is a busy shop, they quickly fit me in -- started working on my car almost immediately -- and diagnosed an electrical issue that two other mechanics overlooked. While it took several hours of working (off and on because of the demands of the shop), Ray graciously charged me a conservative estimate of the time that he took on it, and had me on my way later that day. Greg and Jay were most pleasant and accommodating as I sat in their office, and even allowed me to eat of the pizza that they purchased for lunch. Although I attempted to pay for my portion, I found my money in the cupholder of my car once it was ready. To top it off, after Greg found out that I am a Christian, he escorted me out to my finished car and prayed for me before I departed. It was an unbelievable experience and way beyond good customer service. For what it is worth, while sitting in the office, they received a call from a young man who had been quoted $3,500 worth of work needing to be done (rack and pinion, and struts -- if I recall correctly) by another company in town. They fit him in (same day) and discovered that he only needed a fraction of the work done. Greg and the mechanic did not throw the other company under the bus as he gave the summary of their findings, and did not pressure the young man to use them. In fact, Greg encouraged him to think about it, research or ask someone he trusts about it, and give them a call if he would like for them to do the work. Again, I was impressed by their honesty and integrity. I would recommend Ray and his staff to absolutely anyone! If I didnt live seven hours away, Id use them for all of my work!

John Aspland The men at this auto shop are of outstanding character, they both went out of their way to help our University at Buffalo Rugby Team get back on the road after our tire popped late at night. Good men and hard workers! And very friendly dogs! Thanks Again guys!
