Yumi Chung This is my second time here for layering and hair thinning and I am sooo happy with the cut once again! I’ll definitely be going back every couple months for my maintenance cuts. The owner is always so welcoming and nice and my appointment was fulfilled in a timely manner. I haven’t had to wait at all. I also really love that they respect the length you want cut. Thank you muri hair !

Sonya Wysocki I waited a few weeks to leave my review to make sure I loved my new haircut as much as I did the day I got it. And I do!! Sergio gave me the cutest bob--fresh, sassy, and swingy. Its short but somehow long enough to pull back into wee ponytails when I need to get my hair out of my eyes during a workout. I like that he didnt use a ton of styling products as Im a wash and go kinda gal. Typically I bob my hair in the winter during hat season and then grow it out for summer but Ive gotten so many compliments that I think I might just keep it short now.

Hannah Uzzle Zarina is absolutely a miracle worker. I went in with a bad home dye job back in December and she was able to transform my hair in one day! Then my touch up in February. I will continue to be coming back. everyone there is super nice

Diane Tran I had a digital perm, root touch up, trim, and hydrating treatment done here. The professionalism and quality of work you get here are phenomenal. Cost for digital perms are much more reasonable than anywhere else Ive looked in Queens and Midtown. They start at 280 and increase depending on hair density, hair length, or other add-ons. My stylist was Erica and she is as skilled as she is generous. I absolutely loved her work. She added such dimension to my hair with the perm using both S and C curls. My hair was so dry from using the wrong products and her hydrating treatment left it silky smooth. She also offered to trim my hair on-the-house (because my hair was that dry and she said she felt pity for me hahaha). I actually ended up coming here twice because my root touch up didnt take at first. Erica was incredibly professional and lovely, I was able to return to have it redone at no extra cost. At this second appointment, she showed her expertise by being able to color match my hair pretty well despite the odd transitions throughout due to heat styling. Erica was also very accommodating with my schedule. I told her that I work a very busy schedule as a resident physician and wouldnt be able to come in right away - she was able to fit me in, even when it was 3 weeks after my first session and I called last minute when I found out I could get out of work early. The atmosphere here is calming, clean, and relaxing. An overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend Erica!

Rajpaulsingh Elizabeth “Lizz” After my go-to stylist from my later teens/early 20s moved out of the country, I went on a hunt to find a new stylist. I found Style Glam Salon back in 2019, but only recently made a return back to the salon after realizing that in order for me to get my hair done right, I need to travel to the right place (seriously, Ive gone all over Long Island to different salons, I could not find a match.) Ive worked with Ellen in the past for hair cuts and Nicole on my most recent venture there, which was to color my hair with burgundy red highlights. Nicole absolutely nailed my hair out of the park!! The color was a perfect match to my inspo photos and she cut my hair just the way I wanted it. The execution was just *muah* chefs kiss! Nicole answered my questions and she came with good vibes all around. Im so happy to say that this salon is a perfect match for me. I will be returning back here for all my hair needs, all thanks to the lovely ladies that work in this salon!!! If youre looking for a new salon, look no further and put your trust with any of the ladies here! Youll be in very good hands.

Cristina Aviles Excellent salon. I have been following Albert for years. When he opened this gem of a salon I couldn’t have been happier! Albert is amazing. He truly is talented when it comes to hair. I have never met a hairdresser quite like him before. Whether it’s color, cut, blowouts or treatments, Albert will guide you in what’s best for your needs. His staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. The salon is clean and has a very friendly vibe. Definitely give it a try. You won’t be disappointed !!

Stephanie Lin Kevin is an exceptionally skilled stylist who delivered phenomenal results on my hair. I came in with a vision for long curtain bangs and showed him an inspiration photo. Unlike other stylists I’ve worked with, Kevin consistently referred back to the photo throughout the process to ensure he was achieving exactly what I wanted. He took the time to fully understand my vision before starting, and he was meticulous in checking in with me at every stage (confirming the length, layers, and steps as he worked). His expert suggestions added a professional touch that made the final result even better than I had imagined. I’m thrilled with how my hair turned out and will definitely be returning for future cuts!

Shytera Rice First time EVER getting my hair cut in she did a amazing job Its my birthday and wanted something new showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered exactly what I asked for. nicole delapenha Kara did a great job with my curly hair. She’s really sweet and professional. I got highlights and a curly cut on my virgin hair which might take a while of getting used to but nonetheless it was a great experience!
