Nail Palace - Buffalo (NY)

5 /5 Liv B: Nail Palace has made a permanent customer today. I went in with an inspiration photo for a Disney set. Not only did my nail tech absolutely exceed my expectations but also made them 100% better than I could imagine. The customer service and environment was spot on. It was my nails technicians birthday and he still made me feel like the main priority. I wasn’t nicked once and he consistently kept up pleasant conversation which was most refreshing. From someone who has tried nearly every nail salon within a 40 minute radius highly recommended going here!

See picture below for GORGEOUS marble nails! Thanks for all you do and making my nails beautiful every time! I’ve been looking for a good salon since I moved to the Southtowns and I finally found it! Here are my take aways. - Environment: clean, well organized, spacious. - Staff: friendly, patient, great attention to details, willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. - Service: I got a gel pedicure and a dipped manicure. - Pedicure: Best pedicure I have ever had! She took her time to make sure my visit was enjoyable. She Scrapped my feet with the cheese grader looking thing and a pumice stone - fantastic. Loved the smell of the rose leg mask and the towels were nice and warm. My technician even warmed my lotion before she put it on and gave an amazing food rub! - Manicure was great! She suggested doing dip based on the design I showed her and she did a great job. She took her time and paid attention to the details based on the picture I showed her online. Overall, best experience I have had in a long, long time!
