3 /5 Kavita: I’ve been going to this nail salon for 10+ years. I’ve always gotten quality work. Over the years, their prices just kept increasing and increasing. Owner makes her own prices and doesn’t even have a price menu. They definitely treat you differently when you refuse extra services like pedicures or eyebrow waxing. Also, be careful when sending your family members there that don’t know they’ll rip you off on spa pedicures clearly because these elders don’t know what that is but these employees know who to target. Owner has had a few new employees over the past few months and I’m not sure why she kept tossing me to them and the manicures were horrible! New employees made my fingers bleed and nails came out thick. I had to stop them and switch to another staff member. Due to her increased prices, I decided to soak my nails off, do my own nails, and save the money.

2 /5 Sushma Kewal: Went today for the first time. As everyone else here says. There are no price listings anywhere. A pedicure today was 25 dollars. They do use single use files and buffing blocks so I liked that. They did not use any type of uv sterilization. I saw the lady grab a clipper from a drawer and spray a unlabeled fluid on it. I suppose this was alcohol but cannot confirm. This does not kill fungi. For the convenience not bad but not a fan. Please sterilize your tools and post a price list then I will raise my rating.

5 /5 Money W: I have been going to Josephine for 15 or more years. They did my nails for my wedding. Love them. ❤️ I go every two to three weeks. I am never disappointed. I see all the fancy nails they do, but I like to just keep mine simple. Thank you for 30 years of wonderful service. After 30 years with my nail tech, she retired this year. I have not had my nails done since the outrageous cost of nails is crazy.

4 /5 Mz Boss: Ive been going for the last 4 years. Theyre clean, very personable and willing to take me at last minute. I havent had any issues. Of course, there are some workers that are better than others but you just have to find your person and stick with them. There is one on the side by the pedicure. Table. The older lady with the glass says cant remember her name. Shes good and they have another Spanish young lady. By the register near the wall, shes also great and the older man with the glasses does great pedicures. The 2 women in the back that do the waxing. Theyre also very good and clean I dont have anything bad to say
