5 /5 Traci Laffin: Suggested by the owner of Playland Arcade. We had a day from Lake Sacandaga to Lake George. Aaa tow put us an hour the wrong way and dropped us at a Firestone in Qieensbury . Firestone quoted us an astronomical amount for a belt, an alternator and a new battery. Chris from McKinley, didnt even know we dropped the car off last night before putting my 25 year old in a hotel for the night. 8am he answered, I explained, and without an appointment or knowing us, he told me hed have my daughter back on the road today to come home 3 hours south. He not only kept that promise. She didnt need a battery and his final bill was half of Firestone. 5 /5 Chris Sigsbee: Great place to get your motorcycle inspected. No appointment necessary, just walk in. Call ahead to verify hours -- they dont do inspections from noon to 2 or something like that.

5 /5 Anthony Cerro: We needed some work done before our car could pass inspection. My now former mechanic misdiagnosed a bad thermostat for a blown water-pump, and quoted me over $3800 for that and the rest of the repairs. We called McKinneys for a ballpark estimate, and it came out just a little over HALF of the other guys figure. Once they got to take a look under the hood, they found and fixed the "thermostat mistake" the other guy made, and by that afternoon, my new brakes and ball-joints were installed and good to go. My car drives like new, and I will definitely be giving this shop all of my future business!

Very professional, efficient and I’m so happy I have a place to service my car. Highly recommend. Easy parking, and heated/ac very clean waiting room
