Jen Dutcher I have been going to Sitrin since I was a teenager (34 now) I have been through pretty much all the dentists there and I just have to say Dr. Kibuik is one of the absolute best!! She is always so kind and makes you feel comfortable as well as has never hurt me with a needle. Thats something all dentists should take pride in and some just dont care. I highly recommend Dr. Kibiuk!

Sheila Hoffmeister This was my grandson’s 2nd visit with Dr WaHab, we knew from last visit he had 1 cavity that had to be filled, today was the day. He’s 11 and autistic (high end of spectrum, high functioning) but has sensory etc. he has seen a dentist since 2 yrs old(he retired). She/they were wonderful with him. Told him upfront he’d be getting a needle etc, he didn’t flinch! Then did his cleaning while novacaine was kicking in. She said he had beautiful teeth!! Then sent home with antibiotic just in case he needs it’s she’s going on vacation. Super please with them, they were fantastic!!!!

Lynn Bladek Dr. Mark has been my dentist for 40 years. Hes the best! In 1980, he saved a tooth another dentist wanted to pull. Hes been my dentist ever since. Dr. Mark, my dental hygienist Linda and the rest of the excellent staff at 29 Herkimer Rd have always been pleasant, efficient, organized, and most accommodating. Not one problem in 40 years. Not many services with that kind of performance! Thanks Dr. Mark.

Ryan Howe Theres a reason why Dr. Stan the Man has a 5 Star rating, and its because choosing 6 stars isn an option. Dr. Stan and team are hands down, mic dropped and house lights back on, THE BEST dental office around. Their customer service skills are fantastic. One who knows anything about braces (have had them for 3 years now) knows that it is an extremely annoying circumstance, taking years of life to complete, that sometimes is not for looks as much as for a better health. I know you are reading and I am happy you found this place. It’s hard to keep this short but as a person looking for good people you have come to the right place. So first of all I am older than a teen so it is a lot harder because there are more risks involved and people will look at you funny ☺️ But for a healthier bite I don’t mind that at all. I have a special case, a cross bite, and really need a team of people who understand my situation, guide and support me along the way. 1st As an outsider I beg you to schedule your appointment as soon as you get one because these people are in high demand as are Orthodontists and the next appointment can be a months or event longer away. 2nd bring something with you; like a box of chocolates because these people deserve it as they have helped so many people so far and deserve the love. I couldn’t get my X-rays from my old orthodontist and they had no trouble with that and when I came in they quickly took a bunch of pictures and X-rays so they can know Exactly what is going on and what will be their strategy. Soon I met with Dr Caruso who after examining all the X-rays, pictures and information sat down and explained all the options available to me and the pricing which was more than fair in comparison to other places I visited and best of all I could see he was trying to help me more than anything. Wonderful, warm and caring doctor. On my second visit I met with Dr. Micaroni and I was delighted by this experience. She sure brought a lot of excitement as she was ready to help get my braces going and right then and there i felt again I was in good hands! She is sweet, kind and caring but she is laser focused on making sure she can take the best approach and get the best results! I am truly humbled by her expertise, her wanting to fully be involved in your treatment and her cheering you on! I can see that having giants like Dr. Caruso and Dr. Hamlin she sure is a fantastic leader who will get you through any and all obstacles to your perfect bite. They make a great team of doctors who of course rely heavily on all their team. They mention a number of times that their practice would not be so amazing without their dedicated and amazing staff! The staff at the clinic is amazing, courteous, and looking to make your experience an easy, smooth, and quick. All smiles and always asking how you are doing - making sure you are their number one priority! The Caruso Orthodontics is an exceptional place with exceptional people and I know that you will be happy with your choice. Don’t take my word for it. Give them a call and let them help you. And like I said don’t forget the gift even if you decide to go with another clinic because they all truly deserve it and these reviews and all these people like me and soon to be you are grateful that we are in such good hands! Marina Marrone Joel at the front desk is so welcoming and makes sure he gets everyone in at a timely matter. Keeps his word! Dr. Moore not sure how you spell is very talented and so kind hearted. Becky is great at her job. Overall Good staff and good atmosphere. No long wait time either.
