1 /5 Kay Rosario: Worst experience of my life, they don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to put it so I can be able to write this review. Really bad attitude. This was my “final product” and as ya can see is horrible!!! The shape is terrible, the nails are bulky, she didn’t even try to clean them up or make them look nice. On top of all that she got mad because I told her to stop I rather go somewhere else. They started laughing in my face and talking about the nails in their language while continuously laughing. Since Tiffany and Jennifer left this place isn’t worth coming to. You being in business 2 decades doesn’t guarantee a good service. Hire better employees and then you can brag.

5 /5 Florence Anthony: Have been going to ProMagni prior to the Pandemic & have no plans to leave. The place is beautiful & the technicians are excellent. I have had my nails done by Vanna & Bo. Bo is my guy! The designs he puts on my nails is beautiful. I wouldn’t trade him for the world, but if he’s not available give me Vanna. You get your money’s worth at ProMagni

1 /5 Antoine Farrar: I dont get a manicure often and when I went to this place they pressured me to get a gel manicure instead of a regular manicure. When I went back they took the gel nail polish off by sanding it off with the electric file. They kept filing and filing until my nail was paper thin. My nails have been breaking, chipping and painful ever since. I didnt know they were supposed to wrap them with acetone to get the gel off. I later found out that low level salons arent patient enough to wait for the gel to soak off so they file it off. I went back and brought this all to their attention. The man in front dismissed me by saying "your nails will grow back". SMH
