Valerie A friend recommended Wrens when I moved to the area, and I am so happy I followed the recommendation. In my two experiences with Wrens, the service has been top-notch all around, from the receptionist to the mechanics. I dropped my car off yesterday for some work that was scheduled to be done tomorrow. This morning I received a call that they looked it over. By this afternoon, the work was completed. I couldnt be more pleased.

Stephen Coleman The store manager--Laura--went out of her way to service my 2000 Chevy Corvette. She has a wonderful disposition and has excellent managerial skills. As a retired academic vice president at a fine liberal arts college, I found her to be an outstanding employee. She treated me as a client, not just a customer. She gets five stars plus!!!

Now I feel confident that my 25 year old car will be with me a lot longer than I should reasonably expect. Andrew, James, Ray, and last but not least, Sabrina! Actually, she should be first. She is most likely the first person to greet you...unless she is busy with her daycare business. If I had children I would turn them over to her! NOT KIDDING! Karen West Home town reasonable and trust worthy and does not work for a commission like the bigger chain shops. Will look at your estimate from another shop and most likely be able to do the work much lower due to not having high overhead but you receive the same high quality parts and warranty.

Nathan Adamus Jason and Glenn were extremely helpful. I only had an estimate done here, but they were friendly, provided a detailed estimate, and gave me some options with regard to repairs. A solid customer service experience overall.

Bradley Bowden Ron’s is the best. They are very thorough, walk you through what they find with pictures, and most importantly do quality work at competitive prices. Feel comfortable taking anything from my kid’s beater to my Merc here!
