The technician assigned to me clearly lacked the necessary skills. My cuticles were left chipped and uneven, and the polish started chipping the very next day. I spent nearly two hours in the salon for just a regular 1 color gel polish with no design, yet the results were far from what I requested. Despite my efforts to communicate my expectations with pictures, the language barrier made it impossible to convey what I needed.
When I raised my concerns with the manager, she was dismissive. Her suggestion that I return the next day to fix my nails, risking further damage in the process, showed a complete lack of compassion and concern for customer satisfaction. It felt as though her only priority was making money, not ensuring a positive client experience.
I chose this salon based on trust, and I am incredibly frustrated with the service I received. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this place.
