1 /5 Dave 2ray: I dropped off my vehicle on July 2, 2025, and was initially told it would be ready in three days. However, I had to wait a full week before I was contacted. At that time, I was charged $1,452.39 for two oxygen sensors and a rear right axle replacement. Just three minutes after picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on again. I immediately returned the car to the shop and was told it would be looked at again.
Unfortunately, the car remained with the shop for three additional weeks, during which I received conflicting and inconsistent updates each time I called. On July 23, 2025, 1 visited the shop in person due to the ongoing lack of communication and resolution, but the situation remained unresolved. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I feel that I was overcharged for a repair that clearly did not resolve the issue.
