Avalon Diaz After not having gone to a salon in over 10+ years, I had my hair done by Stephanie, she is AMAZING. I had a really awful color from years of black box dye which is notoriously very unforgiving and difficult to change/remove. Stephanie did a color removal process and also colored my hair a gorgeous light brown color. She spent 10 HOURS! with me, working tirelessly to get me to the color I was looking for. She is extremely thorough and you can tell she genuinely cares about her client and her quality of work! She is a true ARTIST! Thank you Stephanie!!!

She is hands down the best stylist I have come across in the Syracuse area, I also had the best experience and Jayme just knew everything my hair had recently been through without me even telling her and it was as if she had known me for years! Jessica Bonner By far the best appointment I’ve ever had. I had sally do a color correction and a trim and o my god I look fantastic!!! I’ve never been happier and I got so many compliments. I feel like a new person. It came out better than I had hoped. Now can we talk about the decor?! My god it’s beautiful. The second I stepped off the elevator I was in awe the colors the lights, the glitter, the way everybody has their own creative spin on their space. The staff was all so welcoming and friendly. This place is stunning. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend sally.

Elizabeth Case Stefanie has been my hairstylist for more than 20 years. She is the best there is and always takes time to listen and make you feel comfortable. She’s the only person who knows how to cut my hair the right way and she’s so good at color and making sure your hair doesn’t get damaged. Highly recommend her. She’s a great stylist!
