5 /5 Brad Meir: I came to Steve on a weekend when my car got hit by a worker in a parking garage, NYC Parking. He was about to close up shop, minutes away from it, with car parts in his hands from someone he was already working on, and could’ve turned me away easily. He STILL found the time to write me up a quote with a great price. I used that quote to take to court when I sued the parking garage. A few months later, I went to an auto body shop who wouldn’t even take my car as their quoting system was down and wouldn’t even take a look at my vehicle. I felt so defeated, but when I look up, who do I see right across the street? GULLWING! Steve’s workers were finishing up outside, so here I come to Steve once again, after a busy workday during the week as he was minutes away from closing up again and he took my car without batting an eyelash! When I picked it up it looked as good as new, and I feel more prepared than ever to get reparations from NYC Parking for what they did to my car. I cannot thank you enough for your amazing work and patience, Steve!! You are the definition of EXCEPTIONAL customer service!

5 /5 Carmine Battista: Lou and his son Steve are as true blue as they come. They are old school taught with new age abilities. Most mechanics say…”just replace…” or “…..it’s cheaper to just replace…..” These guys will for sure make an I depth analysis or educated guess before settling on these last resort lines. You need a talented, trustworthy, service-oriented father and son team…here they are! I bring my 1985 Mercedes…hey have done it all…replaced engine, re-built my trani as well as odds and ends from electrical to replacing the soft-top to air conditioning….I will always keep coming back.

5 /5 Ahmed Marei: I own a 93 Mercedes Benz 300E that I needed to have serviced due to a rough running condition. I called in advance and the morning of and was greeted with a pleasant demeanor and a very welcoming atmosphere when I got there. I had a pleasant conversation with Steve and Louis about the establishment and our love of the brand. I felt at ease that my car was in good hands. 3 Hours later I get a phone call from Louis about the issue plaguing my Benz, he offers the quote to repair, it was reasonable and most likely the best quote I would get to perform the repair. I informed Louis that I could not financially take on the repair at this very moment, and after a brief conversation he offered to try and install a temporary fix until I could bring it in for the full repair. This simple act of kindness has really driven home the feelings I had when I first walked into the shop. I truly appreciate the gesture and will be sure to always bring them my car in the future.
