Matthew Kern An honest and authentic place to seek God, Forefront is a safe place in a crazy city. This is somewhere I can invite ANY of my friends to church and be confident they’ll have a positive experience. No church is perfect, but this one comes close.

Brooklyn Church

Rachel Cao It has been such a gift to get to know some of the team at Brooklyn Church. I am so grateful that they are in the community as examples of how Jesus cared for people no matter their background or circumstances. I would highly recommend this church as a sanctuary and place to meet others seeking to share Gods love and grace.

Plymouth Church

Dwight Simmons This historic church is a must see on any trip to Brooklyn Heights. The statue of Beecher is on Orange street. Take some time and research his interesting life. Also, if you can get inside, there is a seat in the church with a plaque - Abraham Lincoln attended services here. As far as I know, he was the only sitting President to visit Brooklyn.

Stuyvesant Heights Christian

Starlica Reiné This is my favorite church of all time. Spectacular and friendly church members who treats every new comer like family. The pastor is personable and caring. I cannot explain it, but the Holy Spirit definitely moves in through here. I was sad when I moved away, as this place has been a staple through my tough times. I am constantly looking for a church that is similar. Hopefully will find something that stands up to this congregation. A truly blessed place.
