Our Lady of Grace Roman Catholic Church - howard beach

Theresa Huk-Vallarino Visit for today’s mass was tops! There is a sense of community together with a great many visitors who connect with each other. The priests are role models who teach us to respect our role as parishioners. Events that coincide with seasons and holidays are taking place. Various trips are announced for us to participate in. These include an upcoming bus trip to the historic shrines in Philadelphia. Information is available on the website and/or you can refer to the bulletin. Call the parish with questions. You will have a pleasant experience. It is about spiritual awakening and staying committed to your faith.

Howard Beach Assembly of God

Mrs. Thania Durante My church in NY. The place where not I found myself, but God’s word and love for me. This is the church where you gather with family and friends and you feel the connection with God immediately. My husband and I got married here and we love everyone we met during the years we attended the Sunday service and all year long events. We love our Pastor Roser and his wife Sharon.

New Peoples Church of New York

E R This Chruch is a refuge for those needing a Christ centered spiritual family who focuses on spiritual growth, scriptural understanding/ knowledge and how to apply it to daily life. There is also genuine and meaningful fellowship that you experience that truly makes you feel seen & provides a sense of belonging. Here all are welcomed and you can see and feel the beautiful diversity amongst the members of the Chruch. There is such warmth, joy and caring that you truly feel and embodies what a Christ led Chruch should truly feel like. You are free to be yourself, ask questions and leave feeling encouraged, blessed & even challenged (in a good way) to apply your faith into action! If you are someone searching for a Chruch where you can grow, learn and experience the love and joy of Christ , that is perfect for those searching to begin a new relationship with the Lord or strengthen a current one…this is the Chruch for you!!

St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church

Queen of Peace St. Pauls is the kind of church community where everyone feels at home immediately. I really suggest you stop by some time and experience the warmth of the community. Over the past two years, however, this parish has become a home to the Spanish parishioner and seems to treat all others as outcasts. It is a far cry from the parish Id known for 40 years which was welcoming and accepting of all. A parish which celebrated parish feasts on the feast day June 29th with a great deal of joy. For all but the Spanish parishionere, the joy has left this place.

Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church - middle village

Ellen Giordano I was extremely fortunate to have a volunteer from Our Lady of Hope’s program shovel my snow on Saturday afternoon. He did a great job and wouldn’t accept even a penny! Our Lady of Hope thank you so much for being so community minded. It’s amazing too that you have a large staff of volunteers who are willing to give their time to their church and neighbors in need! Our Lady of Hope can also go by Our Lady of Help.
