5 /5 Nicole Garrison: This is the best nail salon Ive been to and its definitely underrated by far. Im from the Lancaster area and Ive always been ripped off either with poor quality services or trying to get a nail design that doesnt look anything like the pictures Ive shown them. However Mike and the rest of the staff here are fantastic and everyone is so wonderfully nice. Im always impressed by there work and there pricing is great. I highly recommend this place to anyone for any of the services they offer. I gladly take the 25 minute drive to go there because its definitely worth it!

1 /5 Layla: I believe some staff members here are extremely prejudice to say the least. After 4 appointments, each one worst than the last I decided to never return. If you are black, expect subpar and inconsistent treatment/work. They do not value or treat customers based on customer character or on how well you tip. Quality and service is based on SKIN. In 2024 I can’t wrap my mind around it. It is very transparent they seem to only care about how the white customers feel. Even though I tip more, I’m always on time and I am very pleasant. The girl at table 9 has the potential to do 10/10 work but has fell short a few times. Her husband Ben deserves 0/10 for the last appointment I had. A simple overlay with gel polish. It was sloppy, uneven, thick beyond belief and downright offensive. The photos were taken 15 minutes after my appointment. They look far worse in person. Ben, you should be ashamed of yourself. On the plus side, I ordered a nail kit from Amazon and I’ve added Acrylic nail work to my list of hobbies. DO NOT recommend Exotic Nails. I’m taking my experience to social media. Hopefully you all will have a staff meeting and improve.

5 /5 Chelsey: Got me in same day on Saturday . Took me within a minute of walking in . Very clean and nice . Vicky did my full set and nail art . Im a sahm of boys , finally had a break . So beyond impressed by her nail art . Definitely coming back .

2 /5 Dynasty Rivers: Did one hand great. On the other hand messed up three nails, said he “fixed them” then got an attitude (towards other employee) because I said they were still wrong. Nor did what I actually asked. Shape looks funny

5 /5 Dallas Campbell: HAD AN APPOINTMENT for Saturday and got taken right away, I showed a pic of what i wanted and a pic of my dress and he did something totally different (which I didnt mind) from the pic i showed him and they came out so much better than i could imagine! I absolutely love my nails and cant wait to go back! Thank you so much!!
