1 /5 Dana Warner: WORST place I have ever got my nails gone!!! The guy rushed through and and didn’t use the proper nail polish for gel nails so everything started chipping the moment I left. He just pretended to use the gel polish to charge me extra. He never even asked me if I wanted gel he just took out the machine and put my hand in the machine…. On top of that did not remove my cuticles and all my nails are very loose and not glued on properly. They are hanging on by a thread and it’s only been 3 days since I got my nails done. Next time I will pay more to get a better service in NYC!!!

5 /5 NinaK: The salon is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’ve been to a few salons in the Buffalo area and had horrible experiences. I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes like for someone else to do them (because I’m lazy haha) … so I am VERY picky about my nails because of this. I would also like to mention that I am Vietnamese. The first time I came here, I didn’t mention that about myself. They did not talk poorly about me or any of the clients inside the salon. They honestly really didn’t speak in our language much at all, I know that this can sometimes make clients uncomfortable when it happens, so this is why I am sharing that. Crystal serviced me both times that I came here and she was gentle and did a phenomenal job. Attached is a photo of my nails right after leaving the salon, and the second is a little over two weeks (sorry about the different lighting). They are obviously grown out, but none of them were cracked, chipped, lifting, or broken. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

1 /5 Sage Martin: If I could give this place a zero I would but that’s not an option normally when I go there they do a wonderful job but not this time nope the lady that I had kept messing up which is fine but when I asked her politely to fix it she just messed it up more plus on top of it she doesn’t know how to draw stars which was my whole design they just look like crosses seriously so so disappointed
