5 /5 Rebeca D. Caceres: Kylie super articulate. Dr Chang, Nurse Shane and Nurse Shannon are all so compassionate. They are knowledgeable and thorough. We got in and out in a timely fashion. Clean and organized. Highly recommend this place.

1 /5 Tonilynn Egbowon: I was really disappointed because I went there for treatment. They did do a urine, but they gave me really no solution to my problem. I don’t like the way they do their swabs. They tell you to do it instead of them doing it as they are the professionals not the patient. Plus, there were people that came in way after me and yet I was the last one left in that clinic last night Which they just made me sit around and be in pain I think I was better off going to Ithaca hospital. I would’ve gotten at least a solution to my problem.

5 /5 Jerri Duane: Of course they get busy and Ive been in there for Urgent Care reasons and have never had a problem. I do all my CAT scans and MRIs there as well and everyone in that building are friendly, and they make me feel like they really care.

5 /5 Matthew Yaple: Very good service, I did have to wait but they were very busy and that is understandable. Will go there again and my family goes there as well. Clean facility too. They listen and make good decisions based on what the Dr. sees and patient past experiences.

5 /5 Sonia C: I had good experience at Convenience Urgent Care in Cortland . The waiting was short , nurse was very good and the doctor amazing. I was glad I went there. The dr. Call next week for follow up how I was doing. Excellent care.
