5 /5 Melanie: I am extremely happy with my experience at City Nail and Spa. The staff was amazing. Very kind, patient, meticulous, and gentle. The Spa is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. They also have a large range of colors. I came in with acrylic nails already on, I received a fill + color change. The salon I previously went to, made my nails uneven and flawed. City Nail and Spa was attentive and corrected the others mistake. I love the shape and color of my nails.

1 /5 Alexis Castracani: I tried for the first time today, I usually don’t like going to new places but it’s Sunday.. So I decided to Try number 40 cat eye And it was completely see-through because the nails that they use are the cheap ones it’s not clear tips. It is the whiteish cloudy colored tips. It was see-through on two and even three coats, and he did four coats. PLUS the clear top coat And my nails are bubbled. I have very high, thick, round nails and they’re supposed to be straight in square I am so uncomfortable. I asked him a few times if he could fix it. This is not what I wanted. If I knew that this was gonna happen. I wouldn’t have gotten the cat eye and save an extra 20 bucks. From the up charge… He wouldn’t file them or anything. He said it would ruin them and I mean he wouldn’t even file the sides to help manipulate A LITTLE on the shape… He said that’s what happens. That’s what happens. Well, I didn’t ask for four coats of freaking GEL polish. If you knew, I was gonna look like this why would you keep doing it? Because he wants me out because it’s quantity over quality!!!! He wouldn’t give me a discount I had to pay full price And I absolutely hate the shape I like the color of the cat eye that is it. I came home and I started filing underneath again to manipulate the shape and it’s starting to look a little better, BUT I shouldn’t have To do this. The place has no decorations everyone just wants you in and out And it was not a vibe.

5 /5 Alyssa Baker: I love JOY! She is the best! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now. Everyone here is very nice and does a great job. The owners always work with you to give you what you want! They want you to leave happy. One time I didn’t like the ANC color I picked and she was really sweet and fixed it to another color so close to closing time. Joy listens to what you want and makes it happen.

1 /5 Sarah J: I used to come here all the time but it’s gone downhill. I went here for a pedicure since I’m pregnant and my feet hurt. the girl who did mine felt so rushed and of course, she cut me. She didn’t even tell me she cut me either. I realized it when she dumped alcohol on my toe and it burned so bad and started bleeding. She didn’t even apologize! Not to mention, she left polish on the side of my toes. Also to add she didn’t even fill in my complete nail, which you can tell by the pic. I’m just super disappointed and definitely will not be coming back.
