I came in with a photo from their OWN Instagram page, expecting to get the same design—but what I left with looked nothing like it. I brought it up to the nail tech (honestly she seemed like she was inexperience and in training?) and she didn’t know what to do. When I brought it up to the “manager?” (weird guy at the front), instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of solution, he just defended the work and brushed off my concerns.
On top of that, their pricing is incredibly misleading. I booked the “Signature Gel Manicure” service listed at $65 on their website, but my total came out to $100. When I asked about the huge discrepancy, I was told it was because I asked for the magnetic sparkle design—which wasn’t clearly explained or priced upfront.
To make matters worse, the “manager”awkwardly tried to get me to follow their TikTok and leave a positive review in exchange for a $10 discount. I declined, because that kind of practice feels dishonest and unprofessional.
Between the poor results, lack of accountability, and shady pricing, I won’t be returning—and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
