5 /5 Renae Traynor: Absolutely amazing experience. My family and I just started here, but already we are all relieved to have finally found a good dentist. The entire office is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk, the dental assistants, the hygienists, and Dr Korwek. We were all comfortable, even the kids. Theyre the sweetest people and good at what they do. Weve already had exams, cleanings and are scheduled for other work. Top tier office, every single person there.

1 /5 Shelby Harbison: Please do not go here. *screamed at patient *does not explain procedure *not tolerant to concerns/doesnt listen I will start by saying I absolutely loved my dental hygienist and she always made me feel comfortable and listened to me. I cannot say the same about the dentist. I went here for a routine cleaning had a cavity and then had it filled. I experienced sensitivity immediately afterwards and was told it was normal. At my next cleaning 6 months later I expressed that I still had sensitivity and its getting worse. The dentists response was I can put a crown on it but the tooth is fine? Now to recently a few months later. It started to get so sensitive I cannot eat on that side on my mouth or drink anything thats not normal temperature. So I called because I wanted to verify everything was done correctly and to figure out why im in so much pain specifically and only in that spot. The dentist came in and said it cannot be the filling then proceeds to floss my teeth the hardest ive ever experienced in my life so they are gushing blood. Then tells me its painful because I need to floss more. And then proceeds to smack each of my teeth with a blunt metal tool with zero explanation as to why. When I stopped him he legitimately screamed at me told me “to put my hands down and sit back and said do you want me to do my job or continue wasting my time?” I obviously start crying due to pain and utter shock I was just screamed at by a medical professional. He then sits back says you need to floss more and use the mouth wash and toothpaste im already using and sent me on my way leaving in more pain that I showed up with. I never expected to be screamed at in this appointment or be talked down to like i did something wrong? Ive had great teeth my entire life and the most work done is the filling so I was concerned and wanted reassurance and a solution to the never ending pain. Instead I left in tears confused that that actually just happened? As a medical professional you should be ashamed to ever treat anyone this way. You took an path to help people. The way you treat people MATTERS. Also worth noting the front staff were not surprised I left crying.

5 /5 William Crowder: The Doctor and his staff have always treated me very well! I found out about them through a coworker and I have told a friend about them when she was looking for a new dentist. So word of mouth really does either help or hurt a business! I hope to have many years with their office!

1 /5 Bashie 4U: Terrible customer service! This man is just so rude! I sat there to just hear him be rude when someone was 7 minutes late to their appointment even though they signed a memo saying they had a 10 minute grace period. The man was pissed off. Definitely won’t recommend.
