Angie I came to this office after 2 failed attempts for a root canal at 2 other offices on the island. Dr Rhee was the man who was able to start and complete the root canal on my daughter who suffers from severe Anxiety disorder. It does help that Dr Rhee knows how to administer the correct medicine and how to take his patients. Other doctors did not know how to add and were mean to her disorder and not compassionate. Not at this office. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk to his assistant were so kind and gentle. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for them and how they took care of my daughter. Hands down the best on the island. Thank you Dr Rhee, To the assistant and staff for going above and beyond.

Ax3185 Staff was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my entire experience. I have severe dental anxiety, but both the assistant and Dr. Accardo were so patient and informative during my extraction. I literally felt no pain! Not once did I feel rushed or like a burden, which has unfortunately been my experience at other dental offices. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference. I felt so comfortable that I immediately scheduled my next visit for a cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a compassionate team!

Rebecca Kaufman Dr. Taheri and his staff are very caring and professional. He is gentle, skilled, and kind, and he is an excellent dentist.I am especially thankful to Lisa who assists Dr. Taheri. Lisa is wonderful and calming. She takes excellent care of my teeth as well as making sure that I am doing okay during procedures. The entire staff from doctor to hygienist to receptionist are great. I highly recommend this office.

Fran Pinto Dr. Diamondstein is the best he always takes his time with me! Very skilled dentist! I have dental anxiety and he is gentle and compassionate with me. Through the years he has been able to repair teeth perfectly!

mustafa hamad I woke up early in the morning (5am) with my right cheek swollen and in so much pain. I called in hopes of striking gold and thats exactly what happened. Judy texted me with great respect and urgency to get me in that day for a root canal. I cannot stress this enough, this was the best dentist experience Ive ever had. Dr. Zaccariello doesnt go in til 1pm. He came in at 9:30 for an emergency appointment for me. Gentle, kind, respectful and informative, he allowed me to feel comfortable. This is the place to go for Dentistry.

Alexandria Pacifici I can always depend on this Ideal Smiles Dental to provide the best care. Everyone knows it’s not easy going to the dentist but this place truly makes you feel comfortable. Reception is consistently greeting you with a smile, always kind and helpful in regards to making an appointment and will even call you if there is an available appointment sooner which I always appreciate. The hygienist and assistants are wonderful and of course both of the dentists here are professional, kind, gentle and will even follow up the next day with you to see how you’re feeling when you get a procedure done. You can see either dentist here because they both provide excellent care. How many other offices can you say actually makes sure their patients care is priority. I have switched my family over to this dentist (including two kids) because they really are that great.

Renzo Berardi Kristy is a fantastic dental hygienist From routine cleaning to deep cleaning. Shes D best !!!!! Dr Pannone is the goto guy for cavities, pulling or implants. Painless and comforting. 100% professional

Aysha Naveed my sister has been going here for years so i switched over due to severe tooth pain I’ve been having. my mom scheduled the appt for me and once i got there we realized it was two weeks out. the receptionists are so so nice and still squeezed me in anyway - the entire staff was extremely efficient and super kind. the x ray tech explained to me what he was doing and warning me for discomfort before putting the bite piece in which I really appreciated. dentist was also super super efficient and took me seriously when I pointed out which tooth on the x rays was bothering me, and when I said I thought my wisdom teeth were coming in and bothering me. He recommended a root canal and had me schedule a follow up - all of that was done in under an hour and a half, great team all around. will update post next appts but honestly even from this first appt I can tell they’re definitely worth the 5 stars.
