Kayla C Dr. Bookbinder and the team here are amazing. My pit tore her CCL August 2021 when she was 1 1/2, thankfully my vet referred me to here. My dog is reactive to strangers touching her and she does not like going to the vet. Her first surgery was a success but Dr. Bookbinder told me to be prepared in case she tears her other leg. He was correct and she needed another surgery March 2022. He used dissolvable stitches so he didn’t have to remove them and stress her out, which would possibly leading to messing up the healing. The second time he allowed me to take her home same day because the first surgery she was so stressed out staying the night. I was in the room when she woke up from the second surgery and took her home. Diane here is so wonderful I have emailed them because she was limping around 8 month after the second surgery and she assured me that the rate of failure is almost impossible and to give it a few days and if she was still limping they would examine her. Thankfully she was right and my girl is happy and healthy! Its been almost 3 years now and if it wasn’t for the scars on her legs you would never know she had surgery. Much cheaper than other quotes I got and he did an amazing job. She is running, jumping and playing like a dog should. I really can’t thank Dr. Bookbinder enough.

Jlynn Still so caring and compassionate which seems hard to find in the field at times from desensitization. He did an amazing job with total knee replacement of our precious girls past. Highly recommend

Tylor Hunn Came in for a routine physical and brought up a few concerns about general health. 1 month later, I get a bill for $90 because the fully covered physical turned into an office visit just because I asked some questions. Very shady behavior and will be looking for a new doctor.

Diala Karadsheh My husband called the office yesterday for an appointment because he doesn’t feel good. He was told he can’t been seen till Monday. He called again today because he was getting worse and was told by the very rude person who answered there is no way he can be seen before Monday and he should go to urgent care. What is the purpose of having a GP if I can’t see them when I am sick ? The whole reason for the call was to be seen by the GP and avoid a trip to the awful urgent care we have in town. The only reason this is a 2 star is because his provider is good WHEN and IF he gets to see him. What an illogical poor patient Dx system you have in place.

if ny123 Deb is absolutely the best around! She takes the time to sit and talk with you and goes over everything on your chart. She gets things done. She is caring and makes you comfortable. I recommend her to everyone.

Newbreed Zorro The phlebotomist and all the staff are amazing people! They treat you with respect and are always helpful. Most other dr offices the receptionist are not to nice but here every time I call they make me feel like I’m important and I’m not a bother. I honestly don’t think there is a better dr office in all of NY. So thank you for all you do.

Alexis Evans They are a wonderful county service that provides great services. My experience with them has been nothing but exceptional, kind, and courteous. I wish there were more services like MCMH. Its difficult to find the necessary help in a medically deprived area. They are difficult to get into at first due to high case loads, however once you are approved the service is great.

Rebecca M Just want to give a shout out to the ER staff and how amazing everyone was from the second we walked in to discharge. I brought my 4 year old there as advised by her pediatrician and I am very pleased I chose Oneida. All of the nurses were amazing but especially Michelle who treated my daughter as if she was her only patient, even though I know how busy emergency rooms are. Thank you Michelle, Patrice and everyone else in the ER whose names I can’t recall.
