Risa Hoag New City Chiropractic Center Recently I was experiencing some neck pain and was recommended to Dr. Michael Cocilovo from several friends. Since they recently moved, the office was brand new, clean and inviting and the staff was professional yet friendly. Dr. Mike as he is known, was working with several patients and each seem to be pleased with the treatments they were receiving. Since I had never been to a chiropractor before I was a bit nervous but Dr. Mike put my mind at ease immediately and did a thorough but gentle adjustment and was able to ease my neck pain as well as identify a problem I was having in my back. I will definitely return and highly recommend either Dr. MIke or Dr. Gil who is his associate. After hearing the experiences from several friends, I would say New City Chiropractic is the best chiropractor in Rockland County. My daughter is now on their NuLean weight loss system and has lost 20 pounds with their support! Great Rockland County Chiropractors.

Brian Dwyer After 25 years as a patient ,I cant stress the fact that you cant find any finer medical office.They just dont exist anymore. The staff is very professional with a cheerful and caring attitude. The physican at this office is Bernard I Laitman. M.DHe is the best in his field.His diagnostic abilities are amazing. More so Dr.Laitman is always thdere to listen.Never in a rush to get to the next patient. He listens,check his computer records and then makes his decision.You dont see this often enough today. Are there any other good doctors out there? Sure,many many. But I dont want"good",I want "the best" I dont use any doctors unless I receive Dr.Laitmans approval.As a matter of fact,I dont change barbers unless I get his approval.

Maria Dr Winson Lo of Gastrointestinal Associates of Rockland is very professional, thorough and caring. He treats his patients with respect, offers suggestions and plan of action as needed for the specific patient.

Bruce Lowenstein Dr. Lo was pleasant and communicative though rushed. Like so many medical practices, particularly procedure driven specialties, they are high volume and move patients quickly through the process. The anesthesiologist was also professional. My lack of pain and memory of the procedure is testament to the skill of Dr. Lo and the anesthesiologist. Most of the communication is with support staff, is also rushed and unfortunately, is vastly different from speaking with the physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Los for 16 years and will continue to see him.

J Porcelli Rare to find doctors of this caliber that will see u on an emergency basis that day! Dr. Bryan is comforting, obviously brilliant, and thorough. The office is run by people that are focused and care about what’s going on. These days it seems office employees are to busy chatting with each other and not focusing on patients. Not here. This office is run efficient and employees pleasant.

Geri Bloch Dr. Bryan is an excellent cardiologist, and I am pleased with the care he gives me. He was thorough in his examination, checked my bloodwork, discussed my medication, and decided on another test in early April. His demeanor is calm and pleasant. The staff reflects Dr. Bryan’s leadership: They are as efficient and as pleasant.

Charles Oliveira The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very nice. The vet was skilled and precisely diagnosed my dog and applied the right medicine. My dog got better on the same day after taking the prescribed medicine. The place is clean and the price was reasonable.

Cara Scarpino I’ve been with Dr. Gittleman and Animal Medical of New City for decades. He is an incredible person and practitioner. My furry babies are in the best hands for both the simple checkups and the challenges and difficult moments. He also has an amazing practice of talented vets, technicians and staff. We recently moved to Putnam County from Rockland and still choose animal medical as our primary vet. It just doesn’t get any better.

Marsha Deel I came in for chest X-ray. Only waited 5 min to be called up. Took us right away. The girl at the desk was very pleasant. The X-ray tech Anthony was so nice. He made adjustments for my sister and let her sit down. It was pleasant and didn’t hurt an injury she had. It was a great experience with great staff. Thank you.

Mary Mavromatis Scheduling is impossible. My call has been disconnected 4 times. I’ve been at this for over 30 minutes and still don’t have an appointment! Technicians have always been great but this scheduling system is ridiculous (uses to be great). I think it is being outsourced (very poor English, heavy accents, don’t know locations)

Elena Novick Absolutely love this doctor’s office. Staff is super friendly and warm. I’ve never had to wait more than a day or two to get in to see the doc even with no emergent issues. The doctor is well spoken, understanding and patient. The staff works fast and diligently. I’ve recommended all of my friends and family to come to this office and they all did, and all love this office as well!

Steven Komito Dr Sayegh is the best Dr I’ve ever had. He’s very simple and compassionate and knows how to eliminate health problems so they go away and I can move forward in life. kayla nannariello I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. In September I hurt my foot. A lump formed on the back of my foot and it was bruised. I went to urgent care, since it was the weekend and I couldnt get into an orthopedist. I was treated by a male doctor, who I had never seen at this urgent care before. He quickly looked at my foot and decided that I didnt need an X-ray. He said he knew my foot wasnt broken because I would be crying if it was...I pointed out the lump and bruising and his response was "Yeah, I see it." I made an appointment with an orthopedist for that Monday and Im glad I trusted my gut because my foot was broken. I ended up in a walking boot for two months, and now in December it is fully healed. I am fully aware that this is an urgent care and they werent going to treat me the same way an orthopedist would. But, I dont understand what the issue was with doing an X-ray. Had I listened to the doctor at this office, I would have continued to walk around on a broken foot.

Doris Dunn Your staff is very helpful, professional, and friendly. Your changing rooms need attention. The available locker in the first dressing room was open but had no key. I had to move my belongings to another dressing room. The only available locker had a key but no wristband. Your suggestion box in the waiting area would be more useful if it had paper to write on. But most important is the cleanliness of the facility and the kind staff.

The person who originally called me was having issues with the scheduling. So her supervisor called me rude. My son hasnt started therapy yet there but they are so rude already Im not sure if I will bring him!

Professionals all, from doctors to unit staff, providing appropriate care to individuals, for the sole purpose of getting the patient/individual back home and functioning normally again.

Toby Barg Please avoid if you can. The front staff is polite. The nurse was professional and polite. The doctor spent less than a minute in the room after over an hour wait, was rude and extremely abrupt. Did not conduct an actual exam and then briskly said that we needed to go to the ER. Not the right call, but the issue was also that he didn’t take the time to make an informed call. He was very unprofessional. The scribe tech (?) on duty made us feel very uncomfortable. It was an odd and unsettling experience.

Kathleen Reynolds I felt a sensation of a painful electric shock when it happened. I was asked about bleeding problems and medications. My medications happen to be antidepressants and a mood stabilizer, as I am Bipolar. The provider barely checked for a pedal pulse; my foot and ankle were bruised and swollen. There was no check for a temp of toes or warmth created by a blood clot. He said it was Friday. You need to go to the ER. No urgency was noted when he spoke to me—no pain in the calf, groin, or anywhere between. I was discharged with a cane and sent limping out to with instructions. The urgency to go to the ED were written never spent. I was home before I noted it. I also know how to determine when an ultrasound is necessary. Not by personal experience but through assisting a family member with a DV T. I went to the ER and X-ray showed a fractured ankle and negative ultrasound. I left the Er with a splint and crutches. No weight bearing. Fortunately I am a strong woman at 66 yrs of age. Never before so disrespected after knowledge of a Psych Diag was revealed. I am stable on my meds and though I have a label I am not stupid.

Kelly H Dr. FItzpatrick is the best. He is very thorough and even consults with every patient in his office after he does the check up. I see some negative reviews here in staff. I have never had a issue with the staff....always friendly, have everything ready upon check out. He is part of a large medical group. They dont necessarily do the billing from that location, thats why they take info and forward to billing office. This is how most doctors office works in 2023. My dental office is the same type of set up. Unless you are going to a dr.s office from 1972 this is the way it is.

Nancy Mirabile I have been a patient of Dr. John Fitzpatrick for as far back as I can remember. He is thoughtful, experienced, well informed, and always honest. There are many doctors out there that, during a visit, the patient only sees the top of his or her head, as they are focusing on the computer screen. No matter how busy the office is, Dr. Fitzpatrick maintains his focus on the patient who is in front of him, and these days, that is really rare. I can honestly say that I have never left his office without being better educated about my own body, and more at ease with whatever was bothering me physically. He is a true, compassionate, highly educated professional who was absolutely meant to be a doctor. It is evident that he loves what he does, and I highly recommend this physician to patients of all ages. You will never regret seeing a doctor who sees, hears, and focuses on you and what ails you! Dr. Fitzpatrick truly cares!!
