Julia Counterman I have used Whites decades ago but this time my experience was not as great. Our Jeep was finished midway through the day. I was surprised at the speed at getting the job done but was disappointed with the work. See pictures. Also, we dropped it with seat covers and thought they would put them back on. Instead they were piled up on a wet rubber mat we have to protect the carpets. They also left a wet cloth in the back.

Timothy P. Moxley I brought my 04 TSX in to Murphys thinking it was the crankshaft pulley that was negatively impacting my A/C unit. I bought the part had it delivered and turns out NOPE it was that, it was a $17. sensor. Tims mechanic sussed it out and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price of the Crank pulley replacement. Who does that any more.!!?? Excellent Service again they noticed my Inspection timed out so they handled that too. High Five Stars all around Your Team rocks !!

I’ve had some pretty crappy experiences with being lied to & paying too much. Thankfully I read the great reviews on here & decided to try Bracy’s. They did a great job & called me later that afternoon, with it finished. I was impressed that even though I had a transmission issue, they helped me get my sunroof shut. My car was running beautifully after I left. The price was fair & reasonable. I couldn’t be happier. I thought it only right to take the time to write a review for the next person in my shoes.

After having experienced poor workmanship, price gouging, and refusal to stand by their work, I am very pleased to have found people who really do care about the customers satisfaction and a competent crew whose members are experts in their field. I needed help with a very complex electrical problem, and it was diagnosed quickly and fixed to perfect operating order. As has been said by another customer "from the front desk to the mechanics in the back", JAKES is the place for better than fair prices and EXPERT repair work!

Alicia Kanis My husband and I drove up to Oswego to check out a vehicle we were interested in purchasing for me. He saw the day before that Jake’s Automotive was close by, so we drove the vehicle over for an inspection. Due to some minor things at the dealership, we got over to Jake’s only a short time before they closed, but they were gracious to do an inspection for us. Thank goodness they did! With only a short inspection, they found several major things wrong with the car (in addition to the fact it reeked of cigarette smoke), which would have cost us over $3-$4,000 at least, and advised us to run from purchase. The woman we interacted with was extremely personable, helpful, and knew what she was taking about. They were even kind enough to complete the inspection free of charge! If we are ever in Oswego again and need to have our vehicle looked at, or are looking to purchase a vehicle there, we’ll most definitely be going back to Jake’s Automotive!

J B Was told to go here by state farm for an estimate on damage done to my vehicle. Rate away the lady at the front desk is snobby. John that came out to look at my vehicle wasnt very friendly. He told me he would put some numbers together and give me a call. I waited two days and called them to find out estimate wasnt done because John was not in the office. I called state farm and they sent an adjuster rate out. I could only imagine how long it would have taken this place to get my car actually fixed. Bottom line consider other places. By the way not much was damaged on my car so I could imagine the nightmare if would have been for someone with more damage. You have been warmed!!!

Was told I would receive a all that day about my vehicle and I didnt hear anything until the Insurance company called to tell me they wanted my car out of their lot. When that failed, he offered to come to my house!!! Never had such genuine care and honesty from a mechanic that wasn’t family!! The whole group of guys there are amazing!! Neil Mantle These guys are awesome. Had a problem with my hot water heater, on a Saturday evening. Called and talked to Scott who gave me Derek’s contact info. They got me the part same business day and made sure I had the correct conversion kit for the opening on my camper. Derek had to pickup the part in Syracuse and offered to meet me at the Mexico exit off 81 instead of driving all the way into Oswego from Henderson. That is SERVICE. Will definitely call again if I ever need a part or repair!

Judy Ulchinsky The Goodyear Tire facility is one that I will go back to. Now we know about tires and car maintenance. This facility takes care of everything you need in New York. But the special thing is that they fix your smaller tires. I somehow managed to mangle one of my gator tires and they fixed it so quickly. Keep this facility in mind when you need tires or repair. The management was excellent, and the service people were very very nice.

Jessica Vanvleck I broke down out in Oswego, I live in Syracuse, I got towed to Goodyear, and from the lady that answered the phone to see if I could get in on a Saturday, afternoon, to the exceptional service and customer care I received from Kevin (i think was his name) was so amazing. He was patient, and kind, and upon diagnostics being run, it was determined that it would be best to be towed to a dealer. He could have replaced a part, that wasnt the issue, and i would have been on my way and broken down in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road.
