Mr. Weldon was very rushed and rude on the phone, wouldnt answer any of my questions and kept pushing to schedule and pay him $2,500 in order for him to explain any of the process or beginning stages. I asked if we could have a consultation (which most law firms Ive called offer for a fee) before I commit to using his services. He said "this is the consultation." If it was a consultation than being consulted would have been nice.

In following this advice I contacted Attorney Weldon’s office to schedule an appointment. Upon meeting Attorney Weldon I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I felt very comfortable speaking to him about my situation. He explained in layman’s terms the process we had to go through, the approximate time frames as well as his duties and my responsibilities.
