I think I have a claim as Im laying up in my cold, dark home expecting all my food in refrigerator and freezer to go bad due to a winter storm! It took forever to speak with someone! Finally reached a person who sounded very confused, distanced, and choppy! Eventually, while explaining my situation, connection was discontinued and I didnt know she was no longer connected! Im thinking shed call me back! So far, nothing! Not sure if this company is even legit!

Wow could not believe that but it was exactly the CEO of Waffle Insurance company. It was the greatest experience I had with the big company have to tell you people. Dale Zero This company is a mess. Maybe their actions are legal but they certainly arnt ethical. Two examples. When my father-in-law passed away, the agent was at the house the next day trying to talk the 90 year old widow into using the insurance for 10 year investment without the ability for withdrawals and no promise of interest rate after the first year. ..... Nice Guys!.... Next, I had an insurance policy that I canceled but they continued to make withdrawls from my bank account! I contacted them and was told they sold the policy to another company and continued to bill me. WTF. Even better, they wouldnt refund the mony taken from my account because ...wait for it.... they said it wasnt their policy anymore.
Do yourself a favor and find another company.
