I searched State Farm agents on line and contacted Virgina Chans office based on proximity to my daughters apartment and reviews. When I called Virginias office, Aiya answered, provided a quote within hours, and shortly after, our policy was all set up! Aiya was super nice to speak with, professional, informative, and so prompt....I highly recommend this agents office. The other positive is that our SF Renters policy is very competitively priced, and maybe even a little better than another carriers policy with the same coverages (but a higher deductible)!
