Fountain of Youth Fitness

Laurie Naber Ive been attending semi-private training sessions with Hassan for a few weeks and have all ready seen improvements in strength and form. The friendly atmosphere is inviting and all of the trainers are wonderful. From the music to the mood, it is always upbeat and positive. Come join us! Youll be glad you did.

Bee Relentless Boxing

Oana Prajitura I’ve been coming to Bee Relentless for a while, and it’s been an awesome experience. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and good about providing modifications to accommodate everybody. The workouts are challenging but not impossible, and it’s been really rewarding seeing myself improve over time. There is also a great sense of community at Bee Relentless. You’ll find others are friendly and supportive, which makes the sessions more fun and motivating. I recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of where you’re starting out!

toy28wan Great location if you are looking for a gym with essential work out equipment, in an intimate setting. I use the sauna on every visit ! I am looking forward to checking out the HIIT evening cardio group classes.

Burn Boot Camp

Bridgette G I can’t say enough good things about Burn. The workouts are different every day and they change things up just enough to keep you interested, but not too much that you can’t see progress in various exercises from doing them over and over. I played sports in high school (and really missed that team feeling) - this gym brings me back to that amazing feeling of having challenging exercises that really push you and a close-knit team who is going through everything with you and cheering you on. There are people of all ages, abilities, fitness levels, and backgrounds all working together and supporting each other. The most special thing about Burn is the community. The trainers all knew (and remembered) my name by the first class I took with them (some literally knew and remembered my name before they even trained a camp with me). They are all so loving, caring, and genuinely want you to succeed and live your best life. The group of people who workout here are also so kind. People will cheer you on when they notice you achieving a record in camp or trying something new that you’ve never done before. People will go out of their way to support you and cheer you on. I went through a rollercoaster of milestones at the end of 2022 (from getting married to getting my car totaled in a car accident). The people and every single trainer at this gym cheered and celebrated me through my highest highs and supported me through the lowest lows, whether they realize it or not. It’s indescribable how special this place is.

World Gym Greece NY

muhil meham Not bad overall. I used it for 4 months and had to cancel because I was moving. Cancellation was difficult in the sense I had to pay 100$ buyout. I didn’t feel good about that. It is in a mall. Lots of parking. Has variety of gym equipment. Lots of free weights. A little unclean and not enough ventilation. Not crowded though . Rarely have to wait in line for the equipment. Plenty of lockers. Lots of treadmills and climbers. The atmosphere is friendly. People are courteous.

The Five Gym

Jordan Bontrager Im so glad I stumbled across the Five Gym! As someone with next to no weight lifting background, it felt intimidating to step into a new gym. Clay (the owner) and the rest of the members made me feel welcome immediately; In my month going Ive never felt judged. The workouts are great, and Clay is mindful and diligent about teaching proper and safe form. Its really a wonderful community of humans, and Id recommend the Five for anyone looking for a change (or start) to their fitness routine. All the stars.

GYM Rx Personal Training

Edward Popil I LOVE THIS GYM! I’ve been to many gyms in my day and Gym RX is top notch! Louis fosters a very friendly & supportive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged and pushed to meet their goals. I have learned that Personal training works for me when I commit to long term consistency and having a place where I look forward to working out in matters. I have worked with Luciano Capitano for a few years at this location and look forward to many more. When you stop in you’ll feel welcomed right away!

Angela Jackson We love it here! Favorite classes include Ignite, Vinyasa, Pilates, Boxing, Vibe Cycling, Les Mills Body pump, Barre and more! The sauna, steam room and hot tub are relaxing and rejuvenating. It’s a great community with wonderful staff. So happy to be a Midtown Member.

Planet Fitness

Marie White Love this gym! Kelly is awesome and she has some really great staff who are very kind and helpful. Everytime I come in, I am greeted with a smile, and the place is always clean. This is a great location with various equipment to choose from for your workout needs. You can also go tanning, use massages beds/chairs, and have some red light therapy with a Black Card Membership! You definitely get a lot for your money at Planet Fitness!
