She explains policies, differences in coverage, and changes very clearly, and has helped us find discounts that had been missed or suggested new ones. While the majority of our dealings have been with Kristina, we have worked with Aaron who was just as helpful so I dont mind recommending the entire agency, although we are biased towards Kristina. Getting insurance is not one peoples "Fun Stuff To Do" List, but this agency makes it very easy and painless!

Nanette Whinnery Insurance these days is crazy but you need to keep your head that its NOT the agents fault. Jeff and I go back a bit because Ive always played the lower rate game. Hes easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didnt know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.

In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.
