Taylor Goodspeed If I could give 100 stars, I would. Paul Sarcona is truly the best. He handled our home closings in both New Jersey and Staten Island—most recently helping my wife and me close on our new house—and we also used him years ago for a prior transaction. As a lawyer myself, I know I can be a difficult client, but Paul was endlessly patient, professional, and gracious throughout the entire process. He and Dulce were absolutely amazing—attentive, responsive, and thorough every step of the way. One of our transactions was especially complicated, and Paul put in a tremendous amount of work to get it done. We were kept informed at all times, never left in the dark, and felt fully supported through the ups and downs. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul to anyone—friends, family, colleagues. Jon Kibbe I worked closely with Kirill Muchnik to resolve complicated issues about a Supplemental Needs Trust (which had been designed to help to a person already receiving government assistance). I am an experienced lawyer acting as trustee under the Trust and I knew this was a complicated area. I was referred to Muchnik Elder Law by a top trust and estate attorney who was not an expert in elder law and but recognized that I needed specialized advice, especially about the rules and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid eligibility. Kirill quickly explained the core issues and was able to give me practical guidance about disbursing funds from the Trust, together with an outline of issues a trustee needed to be aware of in the future.
