1 /5 youbie: i wish i had read these reviews before i had taken out a home insurance policy with Plymouth. They are evasive and will happily take your premiums for years and not even clearly explain coverage, just so they can deny claims when they occur. I just cancelled my policy after 3 years with them.

1 /5 Rose Bowers: I canceled my auto and home with these people in January and they still have not sent my reimbursement check.... its March!! I also keep getting emails from them that they are going to be deducting money from my bank account for my house insurance, and also, they are still sending me emails about my car insurance payments. Unbelievable... multiple calls to these people AND emails and they STILL have me in their system as active!

Recently, I made a simple mistake on my address adjustment and was shockingly charged a whopping $1200 fee. Despite speaking with a representative named Joseph, who offered no help whatsoever, I was left frustrated and financially burdened. Whats even more disappointing is Plymouth Rocks track record when it comes to customer service and claims. In all my years with them, they have never spent a single dollar to repair any of my vehicles covered under my policy. Unlike reputable insurance companies, Plymouth Rock does not lower premiums based on good driving records and accident-free years. This unfair and exorbitant charge has put my family in a precarious financial situation, impacting our ability to afford basic necessities. Plymouth Rocks lack of transparency and refusal to provide a reasonable explanation for the charge speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Plymouth Rock Insurance to anyone. Their poor customer service, unreasonable charges, and failure to reward loyal customers for safe driving practices highlight serious deficiencies in their business practices. I strongly advise seeking insurance providers that prioritize fairness, transparency, and customer care over profit margins.
