She’s really nice, cares about your form, and is willing to work around injuries. A very flexible place with a lot of great equipment and Avery welcoming environment.

5 /5 Ra Treadwell: Jen the owner is awesome. She always gets back to you if you had any questions or concerns. The Black out strength classes are so great it really took me out of my comfort zone. I learned safely how to use different types of equipment. I would strongly recommend Jacked 24/7 especially if you are new to the gym.

Studio 22 Fitness

Gary Towner A great gym! I especially like that it is open 24/7 so that I dont miss my workout routine on holidays and weekends or a change in my daily schedule. Equipment is modern and well spaced out so that you are not in someones way. Personal trainers are available if one so desires. I have found the staff very helpful and friendly. It is a clean and well lighted facility and cost is reasonable; it also takes several insurance programs. Yoga and other programs are also available. I highly recommend Studio 22 to anyone of any age (Im 79) who is serious about working out.
