Mercedez Griffin I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

Concetta Ortiz Maria was fabulous and has a beautiful soul! I recommend everyone to go check her out. She is truly a blessing in disguise!

The owner Mike was able to make my wife’s dream wedding ring, sized with specific diamonds and literally the best customer service anyone could ask for. I will be returning to Monarch jewelers year after year for every occasion. 10/10

Natoshia Allen-Buck My husband and I spent about a hour and a half with John today! He helped my husband remove his speaker from an old box, install it perfectly into a new box, tested our deck (it was bad) so got us an amazing deal on a nice new deck (great sales techniques), helped my husband install all of it, sold us a flat screen TV, and a weed whacker! Meanwhile making connections and interacting you can never have enough connections and help! He was amazing and we will continue to always go to Pawn King West Genesee 1st before EVER paying full price anywhere! Thank you John!!
