Kaeley McAdam I recently switched over to Bailey Place for both my auto and homeowners insurance. Jon was able to get me a great deal for both policies, especially on our home. We have better coverage at a cheaper rate with Erie Insurance which has a great reputation. He was super helpful every step of the way and was also very patient with me asking questions and never made me feel like a bother. David Yanz The Woodbury Insurance Agency has (2) very competent and friendly insurance agents in the office on most days. Irene and Kim have given me excellent service over the many years that I have been working with them. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you in helping, and explaining any questions. To be honest, they are probably the main reason that I have remained with Allstate, and a customer of this agency. Good, personal service is hard to find these days, but the Woodbury Agency still has it. A 1-800-xxx-xxxx based company and agency does not work for me.

Lisa Murray I was in an impossible situation. I had an insurance company for 7 years. They were not renewing people because they were going out of business. It ended up being a godsend in the end. However, when I called around to get new insurance I found out that my old insurance company did not do me any favors. It was so defeating. The quotes I was getting would have sent me into bankruptcy they were so high. Then my friend told me about Freeway. I’d never heard of them and did not know what to expect. I called on a Saturday morning and had insurance that afternoon. Melissa was my agent. She was so nice, so personable. She was relatable and I could tell she knew what she was talking about and wanted to help me. I am not joking I am paying $800 less than I was before and I have more amenities with my package. It doesn’t hurt to give them a call and get a quote. And if you take my advice ask for Melissa. I’m sure others are great there too. However, she said she would follow up with me in a week and literally 7 days later on the dot she called me to see how things were going. You do not get this kind of service anywhere anymore.
